OKAY, I'm here to share the directions that I learned from my downline!!
First though, besides sharing here - what FORUM would I post these directions in? I think they were already posted - because that's how my upline learned and then emailed me. So here goes in my own words, however I do not take credit for CREATING this - - I just did what she said, from what she learned somewhere and from someone here!! LOL
Glass Bulb Ornament - -round or flat or even square.....
Transperencies package of 10 from WALMART (blue package by Hammermill)
Staz On Black Ink Pad or any SU CLASSIC Ink Pad - - color of your choice.
SHARPIE MARKERS
Ribbon of your choice and or ornamnet hooks.
Circle Cutter
Aleene's Tacky Glue or any Craft glue that dries clear !!
And most importantly - - - PATIENCE!!!
Now, I tried glitter in this photo you see here - and that was the first and last time I used any type of glitter - - it's too "DUSTY" -- when poured in or shaken or turned - -it coats the entire ornament and doesn't look good. I learned from my downline to go to MICHAELS in the GLUE ISLE and get a huge container of DIAMOND DUST - - -it will last you a lifetime - - use a coupon!! LOL It's called DIAMOND DUST, but isn't dusty.
OKAY - - cut 3 inch circles from the transperencies - -actually I found 3 inch or just a tish smaller is best.
Stamp your image on the "rough" side of the transperency - - - -This is where "judy" had to learn patience - - - I found if you let dry overnight - - piece of cake - -however you can use your heat tool - - but not to hot, or long.....but truly, let the stamped image get totally dry.....
then color in with sharpie markers - - - let dry....... Now, drop straight down into the bulb a few drops of glue and then put in a pinch or so of Diamond Dust - - -quickly roll up the 3 inch circle. Push through the top of the ornament "after" taking the crown part of the ornament off.......I used wooden skewers or tweezers to get the circle perfectly centered in the ornament - -but also this is when you want to get the bottom part down in the little bit of glue you squeezed in - - - -kinda hold it in place with your tweezers for a minute to set......now I just took more DIAMOND DUST and poured it in - - - I used a scrap piece of paper as a funnel - - - my downline taught me to put the crown back on and the little hooky thingy in and have the ends of the hooky thingy go BEHIND the transperency which helps hold it in place........
IMPORTANT NOTE: you're first oranment will not be perfect -- I went through three before I know can make them in my sleep and their perfect. Infact, this photo is my second one.....LOL
Attach ribbon and hook if you wish - or just ribbon -- the rest is up to you.
If you have questions, post them here or PM me and I will help the best I can.......Truly the one thing I learned was I stamped two dozen of them.....and let them sit overnight and then things went smoothly!!
