I created this card for the CAS78 challenge - ways to use polka dots.
One of my favorite things to do with polka dots is to use them as a background to highlight an image.
Here I stamped them onto the cardstock using a circle mask and Tempting Turquoise ink. Then I added the little fish using dimensionals. This fish was easy to create - simply dry brushed blue and purple watercolor paint onto some watercolor paper, let dry, and stamp the fish over top with black.
Added the sentiment, rounded a corner, and finished the card off with a bit of doodling around the edges.

ABsolutely adorable!! That fish looks so sweet against the bubble of dots. I love how you doodled around the edges of your card. That adds wonderful definition
