Late again for the TUESDAY Teapot Party. Sure hope they saved some heart shape tarts for me. The food is the best at these parties for sure. Seems that Hattie Heartfield has scored a huge job for the premier of Leonardo Da Hertci's art gallery specializing in heart art. Due to a family emgergency, Hattie has had to request assistance from her cousins, Bart and Bogart Notsosmart, to make the 42,000 tarts needed for the premier. Bart and Bogart are into horse racing.....not baking. Well you know the phrase 'Necessity is the Mother of Invention' so Bart and Bogart invented a machine that takes flowers and makes them into tarts......I know this is far fetched but it is true!!! They took the flowers from the neck of the winning horse, Heart's Desire, and put them in their special effects machine from one of the Hollywood sets and wallah.....tarts!!! Anything can happen in Hollywood!!! Has anyone tasted tested them. Please let me know before I get there.
I will be sending this card to Georgia, a little girl who has just learned what is it like to have her tonsils removed. She is one of those rare individuals who really does not want to miss school......I never experienced this problem with my three sons. I am hoping these cute little mice with all the flowers and hearts will help her forget the pain and enjoy all the ice cream and jello she wants.
Thank you for looking. Cindy, the names of your characters bring so much laughter to my Tuesdays and this was no exception. I think you should compile all of these stories into a book of short stores for children. What fun they would have with the modern version of Mother Goose!!!!
hugs to ALL of my Teapot sisters.....

Oh, so this is the one you like to hold in your hands and look at. Well, I don't blame you, it is a cutie! Love it when you say to me "I don't do sweet". WELL obviously you do sweet very well. Just look at this "sweet" card. Just precious are those Penny Black mice with the flowers. One question, where is this mysterious tart making machine? Is it on the inside of the card? hehe ....love your story. Sis, you are getting crazy in your older age....again hehe. Love this. Now let go of it and put it in the envelope, OKAY?! Spectacular job here. TFS :0)

I've said to MM more than once that she should write a book. Certainly the TPT stories would make a fun compilation. I always love those darling PB mice - to me they are the sweetest mouse stamps out. So of course I love this with its love-filled bouquet and great embossed background.
