I just had to make another faux metal tin ceiling with Diana Gibbs' tutorial. It really is such a wonderful technique and I've really enjoyed it. Thank you, Diana. You are a gem.
Something I discovered: I tried the embossing folder on the brushed silver after it was embossed with clear embossing powder and it came out a little funky. It gives the paper a totally different look and I don't know that you could call it a metal tin ceiling, but it might work for something else.
I used the beautiful wings die 3 times for this card; so, I had a lot of butterflies left over. I used those bigger butterflies on the inside panel of the card. Because the tin ceiling makes the top of the card so heavy, I had to add a black and a pacific point to the insde. Looks elegant.
Thanks for looking.

This is a great one, Susie!
Thanks for showing me that the Vintage Wallpaper die looks good when cut up, too. I was afraid to cut mine.
I really like your idea of tucking the oval underneath. I don't think I would have thought of that. Beautiful colors, too.

Very pretty! I hadn't seen this particular technique yet, but definitely plan on looking for it after seeing your beautiful card. I also love the layered pieces from the Punched Posies set in the center of your card. Lovely! TFS!
