I know this isn't an *exact* match to the sketch, but I hope it's close enough? I also used the blocked collage using the tag punch. I think I will continue to play with it! Of course you can't tell in the picture, but the tags are shimmery white cardstock.

Oh this is pretty! Very, very pretty! I love it! Just love the extras on the tags, the flowers, the brads, the sentiment and the 3 different RIBBONS! I am a ribbon junkie! LOVE RIBBON!
