I had to change the sentiment panel to oval since the rectangle I had just was too big and covered too much of the image panel.
For the border on the left side, I used my two corner rounders alternating the small and large one. I took the snap-on corner base off the bottom of the punches and used them along the edge.
My intent was to make is sepia with the exception of the baby's face and the background. I used a combo of the SU markers and Tombow markers on the image, blending with waterbrush.

* COLORING: watercoloring with Tombow and SU markers on watercolor paper and a waterbrush
