I made this for Kittie's & Ryann's DTGD10 challenges today and also for the IC challenge. I chose Susannah Large Fabric Brooch for my inspiration. I liked the colors and floral theme.
As for the DTGD challenges, you can see the deets for Kittie's DTGD10kittie747 and Ryann's DTGD10rsalamon

I used a piece of scratch paper I had been saving for I don't know how long. It was underneath something I used blopens on and the colors were so pretty I couldn't throw it away. All images are Innovative Stamp Creations. I stamped the silhouette image and monogram on them and die cut. I also die cut some parts of a cereal box to glue underneath to give them some weight. (I used the Out of the Box Nestie Technique to die cut the flowers.)
The black grid bg is a leftover little piece from TLC235 challenge last August. Yeah, I know. I save everything, lol. The ribbon was white and I colored it w/ a marker. It was so hard for me to leave all this white space. I love it when others do CAS but it really kind of freaks me out to do it.
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

Hehe, Julie, you pack-rat! ;) You are gonna be a bad influence on all the rest of us! How gorgeous this is with all of your "trash to treasures" elements! I love the way the black brings the colors to life!

This is just beautiful I love that you found a use for something that you've saved for quite a while. It gives me hope that I will do that ... some day! Wonderful job!
