The challenge was to heat emboss and then dry emboss the same panel. I went with a spread out design for the dry embossing and really like how it goes with the flowersÂ…a last minute choice and I had originally planned a very all over coverage until I saw this folder in the bin.
-Heat emboss the flower images.
-Tear a piece of paper in half and mask off the ground area and sponge on the sky keeping the color light at the bottom.
-With the other piece of paper mask off the sky and sponge on the ground.
-Dry emboss using an embossing folder.
-The green was direct to paper on the edges and streaking in from the edge on the under panels.
-The pink was stamped with a background image using the same ink as the image panel.
-The panel is mounted on foam tape.

I love the combination of dry emboss and white embossed flowers - the colors and background patterns are just fantastic. The envelopes are beautiful, too!
