This week's Featured Stamper on SCS is sbs81 (aka Stephanie from SC). Her gallery is packed with sweet images of kids with lots of bold bright DSP. This is the one I chose to CASE: Sweet Birthday Wishes by sbs81 at Splitcoaststampers
It's a true CASE, I didn't change much: Kept the sweet treat and Happy B'day theme, changed colors, substituted brads for dew drops, cattywhomped the sketch a tad and added scalloped edging and glitter. The cone is made from clouds and a triangle piece from two Stamps of Life sets. The scalloped circle around the sentiment is a felt piece cut from a spellbinder diecut. The image is colored with copics and MS chunky glitter was applied to the ice cream scoops - YUMMY! More deets below.
Celebrating my DGD's 1/2 birthday tomorrow at the ice cream shop. Is that a tradition back East? I've never heard of it here in So CAL.
thanx for lookin'. . .
