Just catching up! Boy, am I late too! This is in honor of Kittie747, the very first person I stalked shamelessly on SCS back when I was a newbie- and to this day, I still drop my jaw to see what Kittie creates! I lovingly call her my Professor in Card College. Kittie, you have been such an influence to me, I admire your style, your sense of balance and your wit! I used Relaxing Riley as my inspiration, and totally cased the heck out of it! Lol. I couldn't drift too far away, your card is perfection!
This is also for Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday from last week to bring a bit of the beach to Elaine. Using my Kitty Kit from Rubbernecker, I tried to make my scene look like the beaches of Carmel, Ca. It is gorgeous there, and the blooms come out of the big trees, and right down to the sand! Elaine, I wish you could be there. For now, this Kitty inspired card will be on it's way to you, with many prayers.
The colors are also for the Twisted Sister challenge from last Friday, issued by Terri (Brat Cards). Whew! I think that about does it. I am so far behind, I may never catch up! Thanks for looking!

Oh My Cult Mama that I stalk!!! This is SO gorgeous. How do you EVEN find these seashell dies. You ALWAYS find the cool stuff. The scene (Pat's signature) is beautiful, and of course I love how she is bending down to pick up that shell in another dimension. De de de de De de de de...

What a beauty to honor Kittie, Pat, you shameless stalker you!! You have developed such a beautiful style of your own. Your beach scene is gorgeous and so inviting as I type from my cool basement (and I'm still sweating!!) Your paper piecing is stunning and the black shell flourish is the perfect Pat Smethers touch.

I do admire Kittie's scenes, but you have your own talent, Pat! Just look at this gorgeous card! The die cut sea shell tucked into the side of the image panel is terrific! Great card!
