This is a card I created a few months ago for a publication, which was not selected. I'm using the "The Places You'll Go" set from Taylored Expressions.
The paper I used is a sweet boy-themed print from Crate. After I completed the background section of the card and stitched around the edges, I covered a piece of chipboard with red paper and stitched in a random circle around the cut out. (Note to self, be very careful sewing chipboard!!)
For my rocket, I stamped, colored, and cut out the image and then used a piece of wire to attach it to the card. The wire makes it look like it's flying off of the card! I also used some clear, sparkly stringy things (that's a technical term) for the smoke coming from the rocket blast off....More details and photos on my blog: http://paperiepetals.blogspot.com.

This is so cool, and something I would normally see in a magazine, and think, "yeah right, nobody could actually make that!" (That's a compliment! - it looks so professional!)
