This photostamping technique uses the landscape stamps from The Stampsmith, which are here: http://stampsmith.net/landscapes.htm (there are 4 stamp sheets in this series: Beach, Desert, Mountain and Tropical.)
The cards are by Susan LeClerc and are quite simple to do. Susan first stamped the landscape image in Archival dye ink on glossy cardstock and then let it dry a bit. Then she rubbed a cotton swab on some chalks and daubed the swab on the cardstock. Voila! No need to spray fixative on the glossy. This technique is a quick, fun way to get gorgeous results with photostamps. Try it also with faces. Enjoy!
