More experimentation here... This piece was inspired by an Art Deco bolio stamp that I'm using pretty often all of a sudden! The framing and embellishments were made with metal flashing tape which was stamped, embossed with a fine tip stylus, and then colorized with alchohol inks in shades of blue and green. I hand cut the flashing tape with scissors and mounted it onto scrap CS for stability. It can be fragile and is very sticky to work with. Tiny hat design added with some leftover rhinestones. I don't know if I'll do this again for a bit-it was reallllly messy and my nails are still blue and green...
