This one was tedious. Very. Tedious. However, I think it was worth it.
I just hope the picture evokes a feeling of inclusiveness to a new neighbor, rather than "mending fences" kind of thing. EEEK. Well, at this point, it's kind of late!
So, another challenge down, a bunch more to go!

hee hee i thought it was gonna be an empty-nester type card, something to give a grown up kid moving out.. I think without a set feeling stamped to the front you could adapt this to work for a lot of reasons..

Very cute - Agree w/Stacy - you could read this many ways - like neighbors might move, but still be part of you - welcome to the neighborhood. Don't think I'd take it as a mending fences kind ... It looks awesome.
