I'm a couple weeks behind on the sketch challenges. This sketch worked so well for the stamp I wanted to use on my dad's Father's Day card, that I used it anyway, late or not.
The image is watercolored, with faux stitching around the edges using a tracing wheel and ruler. The tip of the rod is cut out of the box, and the main image is popped up with dimensionals. The sentiment is from Whipper Snapper's cling mount set "Sending Happy Thoughts." I thought it worked well for a fisherman on Father's Day.
