This card is for two one-layer challenges: today's TLC277, One Layer Wonder, and for this week's {ippity} challenge IHHC28, to make a single layer card using {ippity} stamps.
In honor of Flag Day in the U.S. today, I made my card in the colors red, white, and blue!
The shiny red star brads came from the Target Dollar Spot. I used red embroider floss to stitch a frame around my card.
