How fortuitous! I just put this on my blog for our twice monthly Divine Diva Inspiration Challenge (DDIC) and checked today's challenge. I love it when it works out like this.
For the DDIC challenge, we used a living room pic for our inspiration. I picked up on the cool colors and layout of the room.
I stamped the cat on the couch on watercolor paper and colored it with markers and a blender. To make it look more like a room, I drew the floor lamp and added a shade. The pictures are Spellbinders squares and label 13. I added a little embossed piece inside the frame on that one.
I used a cuttlebug border folder down the sides of a piece of white card stock, stamped the leafy vine and sponged a little pale neptune ink on. Added a couple of layers and some bling for jewelry and onto a white 5.5 x 4.25 (A2) card. The sentiment was cut with a resized Nestie tag die.
Thanks so much for looking! C My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

Just perfect for todays challenge and such a cutie of a card. Love your wallpaper strips of dry embossing--so subtle yet they add so much. I always love your cards.

Oh my gosh!! I can totally see this with some of the precious cats out there. They like to dress up, but don't want to get dirty. Lovely card, and the cool colors are so pretty.

What a darling setting you have created for your "Queen Cat". Your card made me smile. Your cat reminds me of the one in the TV commercial who eats from crystal! : )
