This card is for Cav's VSN Challenge of misting with markers on vellum. I love how this turned out...except for when I smudged the sentiment right as I finished the card! DOH!!
I colored the medallion with Rose Red and Old Olive and misted. The first time I misted too much and it just ran and curled my paper. I think I could have misted this a bit more, but didn't want to chance it! I used the markers to also ink the sentiment stamp.
I have no idea how to adhere vellum, so I punched some photo corners, ran them through the xyron, and used those to attach it.

This is gorgeous! You remind me to take out my medallion and ink it up. Bummer about the smear. I left mine overnight before I touched it. Don't ask me how I knew to do that! When you adhere vellum you can use anything but I usually plan to put an embellishment as the adhesive almost always shows. I used mini glue dots as they can be covered with a small stick on brad. Keep them coming!

Beautiful!! I didn't get the medallion stamp until recently, and there are just so many ways to use it! I hadn't thought to use markers on it. I love the way yours looks with the center a different color. Great job!

This takes my breath away! It's so beautiful! I've seen vellum tape at the craft store. I have no idea if it's invisible since I've never used vellum but it's worth a shot!

Smart thinking on how to attach the vellum (I think they make adhesive specifically for vellum at Hobby Lobby or something). Beautiful job with this technique, I have yet to try it.
