Today's Free For All Challenge was to make a card inspired by a collection. Before collecting rubber stamps and other card-making tools, I collected postage stamps and first day covers. I have wanted to use some stamps (postage) on a card but, alas, never got around to it. Until today! Thank you, Dawn, for pushing me to finally create using my postage stamps.
I spotted these four stamps while rummaging through my stash and decided to do a summer/ocean theme. I combined my postage stamps with some In Colors, Bold Brights and Verve's Relax stamp set.
I don't use the bold colors very much, so this is really different for me.
TFL.

The bold colours aren't easy for me either - the stamps gave you the perfect reason to use them, though. I keep a lot of the stamps on cards I get, but haven't yet got to use them. Those surfboards tie in perfectly with the divers and the whole holiday feel.

What a super card! Love how you incorporated your stamps...and what lovely ones they are! So many stamps are little works of art. Love how you carried out your ocean theme with the colors and surf boards.
