This image is from Tiffany Doodles' digital collection. I colored the image with Copics and matted on garden green.
My card base is vanilla with garden green mat, then Basic Grey dp. I wanted the image panel softer, so I lightly sponged some tea dye all over and heavily on the edges. The sentiment was stamped & cut out using the CM oval cutting system. Image/Sentiment were popped up on dimensionals. I added a knotted satin ribbon to the front of card.
This is a folded card - not sure if you can see the inside - but I folded the bottom up and put the same garden green/Basic Grey layers on the short 'pocket' before securing with vanilla brads. To finish it off, I placed a piece of vanilla c/s on the back to cover the backside of the brads after sponging it lightly with garden green.
Remember - Use any item you've received via the Wish RAK system - it can be anything from images, papers, embellishments, ribbon - whatever you've been 'gifted' with.
I love this Basic Grey dp so much that I ran out to the Archiver's store this afternoon to pick up 2 more 6x6 packs before they ran out ... nevermind that I've only used a couple of pages out of my first pack - it's one of those papers that you know you'll love forever.
Don't forget - this time all challenges will be posted on Friday evening and you'll have a week to post them in the gallery. Cards must be mailed by the 3rd week in June!
Have a blast - and remember, these are for a wonderful cause - Supplying our deployed troops with a supply of cards they can send home to their family and friends!
Thanks for looking!
