Just sit right back
And you'll hear a tale
A tale of a poor lost fish,
She headed to this tropic port,
To help Seth dock his ship.
The weather started getting rough,
The tiny fish was tossed.
If not for the courage of the Teapot crew
This Minnow would be lost.
This Minnow would be lost.
But now she has to get back home
It's time to graduate
There's 42,00 miles to go
Trish hopes she won't be late.
She knows she must be getting close
She swam for a long, long time
The teapot girls have helped her out
By singing Gilligan's rhyme.
So join us here each week my friends,
You're sure to get a smile,
Teapot Tuesday is lots of fun
Here on SplitCoast Isle!
The card:
Covered a layer of black with the frame from a top note die. Drew out some kelp on Certainly Celery DP, cut out a few swirls and punched lots of coral, then glued on frame. Stamped the graduation cap with Craft white.
Colored Trish with Copics, highlighted with Smooch and outlined with glitter pen. Cut her out and popped her up on dimensionals. Added pearls in the corners and for the bubbles, dotted Smooch and glitter pens in the water. Cut out the diploma and popped it up. Doodled around the edges with a white gel pen.
Thanks for looking!

You have no idea how much I look forward to your TTP poems! By any chance, did you go to poem school? I love your schools out w/that black magic technique. Oh, Ms Hilda Broom, you amaze me with your words and your works!

OMG, Hilda!!! What a clever poem, my friend! I always loved the Gilligan's Isle song, and your little ditty just made me giggle. You are amazing! Your coral is so colorful and pretty as is your fish. Awesome card!

Go Gilligan! (I always waited for them to get saved...) Dumb kid, huh? OMG, Hilda your poetry skill is matched to your awesome card making abilities! Stellar, I tell ya! I was laughing so hard as I read your poem, I had to go back and double check the card! Your doodlin', poppin' and smoochin' has made another beauty! Love it!

Wow, this is really a great card. I love the pattern and coloring on the fish and the black really sets it off. Love the way the graduation diploma takes the center front, and your undersea scene is perfect.
