I had to try the black magic technique again... This time I coloured my flowers with prismacolor pencil crayons... I layered vellum overtop of my hounds tooth and polka dot dp. sewed edges. The pinked edges behind my flower panel is just the tips from my fence border punch. I made my ribbon and button embellishment and sewed it to the base card. Tied the shiny string around the button. I cut a 2" burgundy square in 1/2 and placed it under image panel. Attached the two black brads.. Image panel is popped up. I am really pleased with how this turned out.

This pops way more than with the watercolour pencils. I tried with twinkling H2O's and I liked that it looked way better IRL than the picture. My next experiment will be my prisma pencil crayons. This looks amazing.

WOWZERS Patricia! This is over the top beautiful! LOVE your coloring, but it's all the other little details that really make this card outstanding! Love the pinked edges - very clever. The stitching and black thread really add a wow factor! Great card.

You're a master w/this black magic technique, I see. Your design is spectacular and adding your two purple panels adds so much pizazz. Wonderful card, Pat.
