I am having issues today as I uploaded earlier today and for some reason it can not be seen by everyone so I am loading this again. Please excuse the repeat loading if you can see the 1st one.
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - I've Been Framed. What a fun challenge. I used my newest Nestie Large Scallops. I used a free digital image from TREEHOUSE STAMPS. This image and sentiment are for MAY CONTEST. I love this flower and sentiment and felt like it needed to be Framed today. I used last Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 270 - Mambo Suedes to color this image. I colored with my Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol coloring medium since this is a single layer and I did not want my copics to bleed out on the backside of my white card base. My Frame was made with melow mambo textured cs. I adhered a sheet of acetate between the base and the frame. I love how this turned out. Hope you do to. You can see a close up of this opened on my CRAFTY CAVE BLOG POST if you care to take a look. This picture was the best of the ones I took. It is really hard to get a good picture when using acetate and trying to get a good view of inside and out but for now I have added a small capture of the inside in the upper right corner.
