This card is for this week's Teapot Tuesday... Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I'm always, always, late...This week's Teapot party really had me stumped. I know we're supposed to bring flowers to help the bat cave smell better, but I couldn't figure out which flower stamp to use...so finally I decided to try and brighten up the cave with some pink butterflies.
I started to make my card the day before in the evening and the electric went out...Did you ever try to make a card by candlelight? I did feel like I was in a bat cave though...Happy "Belated" Teapot Tuesday...Teapotters!

Well, I glad for one thing! The electric company followed orders! I told them to shut down the lights for just a little while so that you would get in the mood for a teaparty in the bat cave! And it worked! Snort!
I thought I saw some beautiful pink batterflies flitting around the bat cave...and its wonderful to see them close up! For being stumped, you sure succeeded in making a creative and beautiful bat card! Holy Batterflies! It rocks! You did good!

What pretty butterflies! Whenever the electricity goes off, I always think of our ancestors who did everything by fire and candle light in the evening and at night, and I know I would never have made it back then!!

Pink butterflies - well, thank goodness they look too big for the bats to be catching and eating, I think they like smaller insects. No electricity problems here for a while, but we had no broadband at all from last night, and it was only when I asked DH to log on to a chat forum at work that he found a way for me to get back on again. I like candlelight, but not sure if I'd be able to work by it!

Oooo, cards by candlelight! Yeah, you's da Wo-man Jill! Late too, eh? Well, I am still working on it, and I am so glad I am not alone! I love your gorgeous embossing, and beautiful butterflies! Dreamy look sister! Love it!
