I love to create depth in a background, and I did it on this card by using Linen Background and En Francais Background stamps on the ivory card base. On the main image layer, I did the same thing, but added a fleur-de-lis that was stamped-off, and two different greens for the leaf clusters. The bird was stamped in Soft Suede, and the "trail" after him is the flourish from Carte Postale (SU) in same color but stamped-off once. I sponged Suede softly around the edges, added some dressmaker's trim and a sentiment.
Thanks for looking.

Oh, this shabby chic card is fabulous, Colleen!! I love the "aged" colors you used and all of the super design elements. The depth you created with those two background stamps is super!! And I love that braided trim!! You have every right to be proud of this outstanding card!!
