I used my Cloud masks (that I had cut out of a Mask sheet) and sponged the background with Tumbled Glass Distress ink.
The "rolling hills" were cut with the Scalloped Scallop Die-namics die out of October Afternoon Patterned Paper. The tree was paper pieced with paper from the same pack.
The sentiment is from a retired MFT stamp set called Behind the Scenes.
