I have been wanting to make a card with the holder on the front for a long time. Actually, that is where my sentiment is too, and it took so long to get the bow just right, I am not showing the inside. The basics, are to punch the same size circles around a square...mine are 3 inches. You fold the circles in half, glue them to the back and put them together like a box lid, tucking the fourth one under the first. Make sense? then tie a ribbon around to hold it in place. BTW, it is also holding my cash gift! My friend Donna just graduated from nursing school....a single parent and self supporting, I think she deserves a well done! Hope this card makes her feel that way too.

Wow, this is truly beautiful and I love the opening that holds the money- super cool. Thanks for including some instructions as I am always looking for cards like this. I had to laugh when you said it was so hard to tie the bow that you wouldn't untie it again for the photo. I can relate to that.
