You wouldn't believe how stupid I am. The teapot Tues. daisy challenge got me deciding I would learn to crochet. I went on line and learned how to crochet daisies on Wed. Thurs. I practiced until they looked OK. That was the hard part. Then I went to great trouble to make a nice card to showcase my daisies. Now it's time to put the card up on the mantlepiece. Guess what I did, I mounted the darn thing upside down!
Anyway if anyone is interested in making daisies I'll post the instructions.

Lol! Oh, I have sooo 'been there'! Nice place tho, huh? Ok, now you need to call this "How creative am I?" Seriously how many people would take the time to learn how to crochet, just to do this! Wow, incredible and gorgeous too, upside down or not! Gorgeous! I think you should get extra points for the effort, and the story! Love it!
Edit- Did I mention the fantastic use of those labels? Ai yi yi! More beatimous! And more extra points!

OMG! Your crocheted daisies are amazing! It would be great if you'd post the directions... I'd get out my neglected crochet hook to make some of these.
Beautiful, beautiful card - fantastic DP, and your labels with the little stars look awesome with that ribbon. LOVE this card, upside down or not. (Been there, done that!)

Such cute crocheted daisies .... this turned out so cute. I think just about every cardmaker has made a similar mounting goof (when it happens to me, I try to think of it as just another character-building opportunity ... lol)!!

Oh, I've done that upside-down mounting too. At least it's easily fixed. Wow, the challenge sent you off on an adventure this week, learning how to make those beautiful daisies. Just think what a great skill that is! I've knitted a TPT card, but crochet is something I never got into.
Lovely background paper, too, really goes well with the textile feel from your crochet.
