This is card #30 of 30 that I committed to using scraps only...I must confess, though, for cards #28 and 29 I DID use 1 piece of red and 1 piece of orange, as I needed a piece large enough to make square cards for yesterday's sketch challenge...big cards...so I did use 2 pieces of new paper:(...but not too shabby!! I made my 30, and could have made a few more, and plan to keep dwindling my scrap stash...but it was great fun!!
This is for a challenge to use chipboard. I didn't even know what chipboard was...googled it, and found it's the packaging paper that is used to package paper and such...the stiff cardboard. I found a REALLY THICK piece and used the Papertrey Ink dies to make the 3 flowers. I had to cut them out after the impressions were made...tooooo thick. Covered them with embossed paper, used scrap embossed paper for the top bg,and scrap paper that I had stamped for another project for the bottom bg.
thanks for looking...I have so much fun stamping and making cards....how 'bout you?? Have a great night!

Great job using your chipboard for this challenge, Lisa!! You must have found some really thick stuff (I usually stash the cardboard backings from pads of paper--just in case--with my stamping stuff!) I love the pink/green color scheme you used for this. Don't know what that's so appealing to me, but it is!!!!! Wonderful layout, too, and great use of pearls. Super duper job on this one, Lisa
