My mom adores black and white, so this card is for her Mother's Day.
This is my first-ever long card! I am so thrifty, that I always want one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet to give me two cards, so this was an extravagance for me!
I've seen other Circle Circus topiary cards and wanted to make one for a long time. I used the Filigree background stamp for the back white layer, stamped in black. Martha Stewart's lattice punch added to the "garden" theme. I had a hard time figuring out how to do a pot, played around with some punches, but nothing looked right. THen I decided upon SU's Lots of Tags Sizzlits die, and cut it in half. (also embossed with SU's Pattern 2 Texturz Plate) Sponged it with Going Gray dye ink to give it some "patina" and there you go.
I think Mom will like it.

Oh I really like long cards - they're definitely worth the extra cost now and again, I think! I love the topiary tree you did - it's the perfect image for a tall card. Great idea to use the tag for a pot, too!
