Hi! This card was made for today's Color Combination Challenge: Banana, Ballet Blue and Old Olive with a dessert option of red. This card was also made for the TeaPotters challenge: Sadie's Daisies.
For the teapotter story: Speedy the Cat has been experimenting with Sunflowers! He has developed an exceptional flower that has white petals that resemble DAISY petals! A few months ago, he secretly planted some of these beauties in Ladybg Loulabella's greenhouse. AND...Sir Pluckapetal did NOT know about these lovelies, so he didn't pluck the petals! So, now Sadie can use these petals to win the Flower Show! Speedy the Cat to the rescue!
For the Color Combo challenge: The background was sponged with Palette Ballet Blue to look like the sky. The Sunflower and ladybug were stamped onto Snow Storm Smooth and sponged in with Palette Inks. I cut the out and layered them onto the base. The leaves are Spellbinders dies. I used dp from a Premium Craft Paper Pack and outlined them with a Memento Marker.
Finished Card size: 4 3/4" square
Total time to complete: 42 minutes

I think Speedy the Cat is brilliant and so glad he came to the rescue!! I don't see any difference between these two petals either, after careful study...a stunning card Faith, with a real wow!! impact!
