This is such a great idea, Wendy...I went to Japan several years ago and really want to go again. I guess today is the day!!! I colored the Rubbernecker Geisha image with Tombow markers and attached with dimensionals. Scallops, silk ribbon, flowers, and black half pearls finish it off. Hi Joan. Japan...Wow. Never been. What a trip. Glad you were able to go. What an experience. Bet you have some wonderful pics. This looks like one of them. I just love the image and your coloring and bright colors. Love thos half pearls over the fan. Your border punch looks FAN-tastic hee. (could not resist).

Oh yes, I'll come with you - and we'll do France on the way back. I'd love to see parts of Japan - not so much the urban parts, but some of those beautiful gardens and temples, and Mount Fuji - and real paddy fields. This is such a gorgeous card with that beautiful colouring. I love the little pearls over the fan, and the scalloped edge. I'm left with all my least favourite papers from that lovely pad.
