I was given the honor of making a sneak peek card for Melanie (melmel) Muenchinger's new Gina K. Designs set, Gifts from the Sea.
I wanted to create a "night at the beach" feel. Those were some of my favorite memories of my youth. My friends and I would head for Santa Cruz in the late afternoon and spend the night on the beach. There is nothing more gorgeous than watching the stars over the ocean.

This is so effective. I love the colours, layout, and nautical theme. The nautical knots and the way you combined the blue ribbon and twine really finish it.
