A BIG CONGRATS to Sue, a/k/a Coffeestamper and Perk, for being selected as Queen For the Day. I was SO happy when I saw your name come up Sue and had so much fun strolling through your gallery again.
I decided to case the card you sent me for Easter; however, this isn't an Easter card, just a Some Bunny Loves You card!! And, it will be coming your way soon.
She also sent me some images, including the image she used for my card, so I thought it a great idea to make her a card with it.
I changed up the color combo, a little of the layout, colors, etc. I sparkled the whole bunny up with some dazzling diamonds with just a little pink on the ears. I used SU Sweet Pea dsp and I popped up the first panel, the image panel and sentiment panel on dimensionals.
I did a little groundwork at the bottom with my watercolor minis, which I'm now hooked on thanks to Pat Smethers, and paper pierced the main panel and the image panel. The image panel I did faux stitching.
I used some tiny teal and yellow buttons I've had forever and never used. I have tons of buttons I need to start using. Added a flower above the sentiment with some leaves and that about does it.
ENJOY your very special week Sue and, again, Congrats to YOU!!
Thanks for taking the time to visit and have a wonderful weekend!

This is so cute, and really is a sweet card to honor our Queen! Your CASE is just adorable, and how fun that you used an image Sue sent you! She's pretty sweet that way - she sent me the same image and I was able to make my DGD an Easter card that she fell in love with. Your sparkly bunny and use of buttons on the sentiment make this a favorite of mine.
