Here Kitty, Kitty.
Oops, I wasn't listening properly, Speedy is going to Kittie747's for a lesson in watercolouring scenes , and we are going to Faith's to celebrate her reaching 100,000 [posts, that is ;-) ] for our tea-party this week while Speedy is out of the way.
My ploy to encourage Speedy to get his skates on and get over to Kittie's is this lovely Siamese. I am just hoping that Speedy hasn't been put off Siamese by Faith's terrible twins, Koko and YumYum (Have I remembered their names right?). Surely those beautiful blue eyes will do the trick. And if not - hmm, there are some birds and butterflies in the background, and I am sure Speedy will enjoy chasing those. Plus Kitty packed that hatbox full of the freshest, most tasty catnip.
Faith, you are so good at leaving comments, you deserve the honour of the tea-party, although I don't know if you deserve 42,000 mad partiers descending on you. No wonder Mark is trying to book tickets somewhere else for himself and Markie. And watch that Bertie, when she starts flinging things Kittie Kat might get a bit excited and you know what mayhem a mad Boxer can cause.
I've tried a Z-fold again, still not sure I've got it right.
Base is brown Bazzill, all papers are Basic Grey Porcelain. The Pink Cat Studio image was stamped on watercolour paper, embossed with clear EP and coloured with H2Os. I stamped a Hero Arts sentiment that will celebrate Faith at the party and whatever else it's needed for, cut with Spellbinders ribbon tag and tied on with organza ribbon. Most of the corners are either rounded or punched with the ticket corner punch, and I added tiny pearls. For the top I used oval and scalloped oval Nestabilties, and attached the half oval by pulling a paper rose through and sticking the other half of the oval over the rose stem on the back.
Thank you, Kelly, for the fun challenge this week.

Very pretty! I have never tried a Z fold but looks very interesting. Would love to see what I could do with it. I believe those blue eyes will do the trick on Speedy. If not, he will only have to see a bird cage and go running. Cute idea and great card!

Sabrina, I think this OOH-LA-LA Siamese will be very different from Koko and Yum, and that Speedy will be enticed away so we can have out party! Cute card!

What a wonderful card, I love the way you've folded it and created the tab to make it stand up like an easel card!
I don't think Speedy is going to be able to resist the blue eyes and the catnip - almost seems unfair!

What a cute image (altho when I see a Siamese, I remember those immortal words from Lady and the Tramp "We are Siamese if you please... We are Simamese if you don't please.") Anyway, she looks like she might be at home with Speedy's cousin in France>

Z-Fold! Awesome. I have never tried this one but it adds so much interest to the card Sabrina. Love your sweet kitty and you used the perfect papers. I love the sentiment tag with that yummy sheer ribbon. And tiny pearls are such a favorite of mine. Use them all the time! Fabulous card...and it might just get Speedy out! TFS!!
