Today I made a card for both the Inspiration AND Featured Stamper challenge. Not sure this worked for me... but I had fun trying!
Yesterday's inspiration challenge was to take inspiration from your home state. This challenge was too good to pass up - but I had no time to stamp yesterday, so made up for it today!
Inspiration for this card came from my Homestate of California, and my hometown of San Francisco - here's inspiration the photo (what a beautiful place that I miss very much!!) http://www.wildnatureimages.com/Gold...ridge%2014.htm
Todays' Featured Stamper is Pat Smethers - It was sooo much fun learning about Pat through the wonderful cards, pictures, and story's in her gallery - what an amazing person she is!
Here's Pat's woncerful "Bella-isimo Birthday" card I used as inspiration for this card.
To get this look, the card layers were cut and placed using temporary glue, then stamped with the Damask background stamp in Sahara Sand. The image was then colored over using Pencils. The cardstock pieces were then put back together this time with dimensionals. The top panel is also stamped with the words from the Charmed stampset. TFL!

Wow, both of these cards are wonderful! I love the colors...and the striped ribbon on this one is just the perfect embellishment! Awesome job on both! You did Pat proud! Love them both!

I see why you wanted to include those flowers on your card - that picture you included of the flowers is so pretty! You captured memories which is one of Pat's favorite thing to do - how cool! Great card and case.
