I felt like trying the Wednesday Tutorial for Acrylic Distress, and making a more vintage card. Boy, Beate made the technique look so easy! I was sanding and sanding and sanding! Maybe my paint was too thick!
I used different . . . everything than Pat's card. ;) I liked the layout, but used a lot less layers. I still think it evokes the friendship tone of hers. TFL!

Carole, when I saw your card, I smiled, (right after my jaw dropped!) and I love the essence of friendship that ooozes from your paper! You got it! That card was for my friend Nancy, and I am so touched that you cased it. I love what you have done (poor widdo fingers, sanding, eh?) Even so, your time was well worth the effort. Your card is gorgeous. Thanks so much for playing and also for sharing your beautiful work. Hugs....
