Clyde promised farmer Monty he would stick around and keep the hens in control and layin eggs the way theys sposed to, but these loud shenanigans is gettin to much...why just last night a whole tour bus of gray haired crazed wimmen with polky dotted teapots and plates of brandy laced cakes showed up and proceeded to pass their spechul tea around and the rappin lasted till dawn....So that's it, Clyde heard that Farmer Bob (who lives about 10 miles down the road) is needin a new rooster...seems his prize rooster Mort has headed this way to join Frizzle da Dizzle and be his road manager....now that the agents are in the barn, theres talk of takin the show on the road....
Clyde is a clip art image I found and colored with tombow markers. The barn scene I drew and colored with prismas. the flowers were stamped, colored with prismas, cut out and popped...sponged the grass and clouds..
also for this weeks sketch challenge...

Run and Hide Clyde!
No one's on your side!
Farmer Bob has lied!
Mort is fit to be tied!
Translation from rap to just talkin.....
Mort is on the rampage, looking for Clyde, looking for a rooster fight, dats right! Farmer Bob lied and Clyde better hide! Lied about Mort headin' off to rap, rap with Frizzle da Dizzle. He lied a little on the side so that a new rooster might show up and challenge Mort cuz Mort is short. His egg count I mean!
I know 42,000 grey haired teapotters who will hide Clyde until Mort has settled down......Hate to say it, but honestly, your rooster really does look like he is running from rap! Snort!
Dat's whut I'm talking about....Gertie has been coaching me, how'd I do???

Grey-haired women? Excuse me, but I'll have you know that you have to look carefully to find any grey hairs on me, LOL. OK, there are a few these days, but I'm not like my sis who had to start colouring hers before she was thirty. She used to peer at mine and ask where my grey hairs were, given that I am older.
I think that Clyde needs to calm down, he's going to get grey feathers if he keeps that pace up for long. He should relax and enjoy some of those lovely flowers growing round the barnyard. But he shouldn't jump ship and leave Monty for Bob, that's just plain fickle. Fickle is for hens, not roosters .
