Okay, I wanted to come to the tea party - I really did! I got all dressed up and drove way out here to the countryside, but once I got here there was this AWFUL racket coming from the barn! I waited a bit to see if it would stop, but it just kept going on and on. I THINK they are singing, but it's the most annoying singing in the world and it's given me a headache, so I've walked out into this beautiful field and found some lovely sunflowers to look pick and the skies are blue and I'll see the teapartiers next week!
My image and the lovely calligraphy sentiment are from Squigglefly. Colored with Copic markers and the sky is chalked. The inside sentiment is from Wordsworth.

Oops! You mean people go out into the countryside to get some peace and quiet? When did that start happening and why wasn't I made aware??? Snort!
Hee! Hee! What a story! Okay, here's the deal.....you start showing off that beautiful sunflower during the teaparty, you know, get the rappers attention, and before long, they will be rapping about the hot days of summer, sunflowers, blue skies and the wonders of nature.....
Just have some tea, there could be sumthin in there that might make you feel a little better about rappin......to be quite honest, you might end up making a racket of your own! Snort! At least that is what Gertie told me to tell you! Snort!
Your card is more lovely and lovely! It's peaceful and quiet....oops! Sorry about that! I am so happy you accidently came to the teaparty! Giggle!

It must be beautiful to see a field full of sunflowers! Your card is wonderful and I can understand why you needed to get away from all that rapping! Great to see you at the party.

I am not surprised you got a headache. Rapping is not what I would call musical! And as for all the cackling and crowing and ****-a-doodle-dooing - sitting and smelling the flowers is a way better option. Not that sunflowers have a lot of smell, but they are so lovely to look at, I am sure that helped your headache. I love seeing fields of them - we don't get it here, but I've seen them in France.
Thank you for bringing this beautiful piece of calm and serenity along to the party.
