For today's sketch. I love this sketch although it's more layers than I would normally do. I was very tempted to leave a layer off!! I used 2 different cuttlebug ef, versamarked the #3 panel, & watercolored w/ the aquapainter the apple image. My blue watercolor wash did not turn out quite like I wanted, but.... all I'm happy w/ the way this turned out. I used SU markers on the apple & branch for the inside corner & the envie. Popped up the apple image.
Thanks for stopping to take a peek.

Karen, forgive me for saying this, but I can certainly tell retirement fits you to a T. This card is the best yet. It's wonderful in those colors and fabulous dry embossing. And the fruit is just as fabulous. YOu've put everything together beautifully, including your coloring, to make a masterpiece here.

Karen, what a delight! I understand about all of the layers, not usually my style either, but you made it work on this one! I sure love your apple image! Perfecto, GF!

I'm with you on the layers but this is awesome - you did a great job of keeping this CAS looking! I love the dry embossed panel and your coloring of that apple is delicious - well I mean Granny Smithcious!
