Wah!!! Jamie is gone! My lil stamp pal, and the best DIL in the world! This photo was taken at our 'last hurrah' at the Cat's Meow Stamp Store in Oakhurst (yes, the same one my buddy Melissa works in!) And Jamie is holding Mittens- a kitty with eight toes! Sharon, the owner of Cat's Meow, adopts kitties that need love and brings them to the store- and that is some welcome! I love all those critters, and Mittens is a doll.
Hopefully Jamie will soon be back with her SCS family. It was such a blessing to see her back with my DS, Jason in Wyoming. A special thanks to all of you that took her in and loved her from the first card. She really is special, and I will miss sharing my stamp table. Will let you know when she is back on line!
Thanks for looking, and thanks for the encouragement you all brought to this sweet lil newbie stamper! Hugs.....

Great picture of Jamie and Mitten's. Only one thing wrong with this picture, Jamie needed to stand in front of the stamps so I could drool at all the great stamps I missed. Happy Jamie is in WY at last.

OMG-Pat, I went to Jamie's Gallery and WOW! Are you sure she is a "newbie"? All those cards in her gallery, no one would ever guess. She stamps like a pro, either she is just a natural or she had one great teacher, or maybe a little of both? TFS

Pat - thanks for sharing this picture and story. I miss Jamie and hope she comes back to SCS soon - I miss her for you too. You helped introduce her to stamping, and now she can learn all about Wyoming and all the cool things (like stamp stores, cool grocery stores, and dude ranches) and she can teach them all to you when you get there.
I love seeing pictures of people we hang out with on SCS - I now can put a face on Jamie in my mind. She is adorable and I can see that humor she has in that sweet smile.
How cool that the stamp place has rescued cats - that is wonderful. I cant wait to go there one day!

Now if I were to go into a stampin store where there were kitties, I'm afraid I'd get no stampin done at all. How awesome to hear of cats being rescued and LOVED!!!! This one is a cutie. I can see why you miss your DIL so much already, she looks like a sweetie too! Lucky too is she, to have you for a MIL!!!!!! TFS! : )
