I used the lordhavemercy sketch challenge for this card and was finally able to try the chalkboard technique. I didn't have white craft ink so wasn't able to do it before:-)
I used Ruby Red card stock for the base and the Inspired by Nature set for the stamp. I used water color crayons to color the flowers over the white craft ink.
I colored the black and white ribbon with ruby red markers to take the starkness off the white. I also colored the thread that goes through the ribbon.
It was my first attempt at this technique, but won't be my last :-)

wow... this is absolutely gorgeous... I love your chalked cone flowers. fabulous colour combo... love the striped ribbon and button embellishments... and thank you for telling us how you made the card.. right into my favs..... tfs
