This is for the TLC266 Challenge
To make both the outside of a card and show the inside of a card
...I can't believe how long it took me to make a card today. This is the first challenge I have done in over two months. I am definitely out of practice. I used to make the majority of my cards for my mother (to send to her 0r for her to give) She loved to send cards.( she was my biggest fan and would encourage me in my card making) I lost her a couple of weeks ago and it has been hard for me to make cards since then. So I am so grateful, I was finally able to make one for a challenge. Hopefully, they will go faster after this...
Thank you for this challenge...I thought it was a great idea...

Jill, I'm glad you are back to card-making. My sincere sympathies on the passing of your Mother. I've been without mine for over 20 yrs now. My aunt, her sister, who is 92 is the recipient of many of my cards...one a week. I send her cards that are blank on the inside so she can use them to send to her friends. I write a separate letter to her and tuck it inside the card. I totally understand what it is to have an unconditional cheerleader in your corner. Your card is beautiful...inside and out! I like your "constructed" bouquet. Lovely!

First of all, my sympathies in the loss of your mother. I lost my mother 8 years ago, and I still think of her a lot. However, now the memories are sweet and the pain is gone. I know she's in heaven and the pain in my heart is gone, although I still miss her. Not much comfort for you, I know, but just to show you there is hope! Take your time to grieve and remember. I'm glad you were able to make a card (one small step forward) and this one is lovely. I love the pretty blue flowers and I love the flower repeat on the inside.

Jill, my heart hurts for you. Praying for you now, and knowing God will provide what you need to get by. Your mom would smile to see you create. I hope you will find another who can also enjoy your work and send it on to bless others. Your work is wonderful as always. Hugs....
