I watercolored with Tombow markers. How I did the glasses and pitcher: I first used the 990 marker to outline the glass and then blended with the waterbrush.
I waited until that dried completely and then drew a few lines with the 703 marker where I wanted the pink cherry limeade to be in the glasses and pitcher, and then blended those overtop. You can still see where the original lines from that color were, I wanted that to happen so that it appeared more like liquid in there. I waited until all that dried again and used the white gel pen to draw a few highlights and some squares for ice cubes.
Since I knew I wanted the glasses and pitcher to appear see-thru (not where the limeade is though), I used a TINY small dot or two of the markers from the background colors overtop the tops and bottoms of them and blended quickly to add just a tiny bit of color so that it appeared see-thru.
