1) Today's Ways to Use It Challenge, WT263, Let's Celebrate: to create a birthday card or layout, a gift, an invitation in honor of the WT Challenge's 5th birthday!
While sewing this morning, I came across a bag of trim scraps that I'd completely forgotten about. When I saw this little bit of beaded ribbon trim (complete with iridescent spangles!), I knew it would be perfect for the StampinB's purple, green, and yellow card!
The heart-shaped balloon is from an old limited edition TAC set. I masked and stamped it 3 times. I colored the balloons using the gamsol magic technique with colored pencils.
I'm pleased with this bright birthday card to add to my collection! Happy Birthday, Ways to Use It Challenge!!
Thanks for stopping by,
Emily

Emily, this is terrific! You are really getting in the challenges. What a wonderful layout this is...wish I had time to play with Taylored Expressions today...maybe later. I love all the wonderful colors you used to make such a bright, cheerful card. Thanks for joining the StampinB's this morning. Your card isn't showing up in that gallery yet. Hopefully, they will get this site straightened out really soon. I really love your card!

WEll, well, well. Covering ALL the bases, I see!! Those balloons are such fun, and the colors are great. Finding those spangles was a real coup! I hope you have more of them.... enjoy the sun while we have it. I hear we are in for more RAIN! UGH!
