The designer paper is actually little fold out booklet/journals with a sticker at one end that came with the paper pack and IÂ’ll never use it as a book so I just punched it up and made a quick patchwork panel.
-I used the clear Zero Hero centering ruler (pictured in this link) as my guide which I found at Michael’s. Notice the zero is in the center of the ruler which makes it easy to line up the card even to each side. I used a 1 ¼” square punch so I lined the edges up to the 5/8” mark and you only need the ruler for that first square placement then the square becomes your guide.
-To border the Top Note panel I cut a second piece from pink designer paper and cut it in four pieces letting the tip be my guide for the cut and lined it up to the top panel.
-The pearls are attached with Diamond Glaze.
-The sentiment is computer generated in the Microsoft Word program using the Bickley Script font and cut with Nestabilites.
-The mat pack and Signo gel pen from Stampin Up were used for the faux stitching.
INSIDE: This SCS link will show you a better view of how the inside of the card is finished off, look at the top left example. I went to a little extra pains to line up the panel over the top note to get it even so I could use it inside the card with a plain piece of cardstock or paper.
Tools:
Stampin Up Top Note die cut from Sizzix, Stampin Up mat pack, Bazzill piercer, Spellbinder Nestibilities, EK Success 1 ¼” square punch, Clear Zero Hero ruler

Once again, you have created a lovely card. I like the contrast of the lovely papers against the white bg - great stitching and beautiful result. Thanks also for sharing all of your information for us.
