Alrighty then! After seeing those blue-footed Boobies, and as Mutnik said, "their feet are cold or somtin" I brought Ruby the best shoes in the world for her cold, flat feet! ~ pink, polka-dotted tennies!! [This is using the Sports Shoe Card Template by Melanie Muenchinger found in the templates on SCS.]
The story behind the picture:
I work at a University with Economics professors. One of them had sent this postcard from Galapogos when on vacation in 2007, and I thought it was cute so I put it up on my wall in my office! Who knew that working with Econ profs would some day be relevant to our tea parties???

We just never know where our inspiration will come from, do we? What a tennis shoe this is. Yikes, forget the template; I just want the real shoes - the ones that look just like these.
Wonderful, wonderful. I must admit though, I'm sorry you brought her flat and sensible shoes. She's be the bell of the ball with these hip hop pink tennies, but I think it was good that I brought her some Nordstrom shoes to give her more options. You did a great job with this template; it's just darling.

OMG! How cute is this...it even has little knobbie dealies on it for good traction on the slick rocks! Whoot! I love all of the eyelets, the way you pierced the designs and of course the colors...I want some tennies just like these!
Economic professors? Do they like tea? Yikes! If they come one day and party with us will we have to explain the economics around spending all our money on stamp stuff, you know, something that sits in a room never being used but there just in case one day, something comes along like a teaparty to Galopogos?? That's a very scary thought! But, how fun that what was on your wall was so appropriate to this weeks fun adventure!
Sorry I was late...a teapotter slipped, fell into the glass bottom boat, broke clean through and landed in a scuba diver's lap. It was love at first site. Do they serve tea at a wedding? Giggle!
