Hi! This card was made for today's Color Combination Challenge: Olive, Razzleberry (a dark purple) and Orchid.
LOVE these colors today. I really do. And, last night...I had to run the ceiling fans! Yep, Spring is almost here! YEAH! (Of course, living in North Florida, that means I'll be complaining in a week that it's too hot! LOL)
I stamped the hummingbird in Espresso onto Pensacola Sand and cut it out. Next, I sponged in Lavender Sachet around the belly and added just a bit of Violete to the neck. I sponged Landscape around the rest of the body. I sponged a bit of Espresso around the edges of the Landscape. The ferns were inked in Landscape and then Espresso before being stamped onto the focal layer.
This card also fits theStampin' B's Challenge. And, it was inspired by the teapot in today's TeaPot Tuesday challenge! I don't have a flat footed booby bird stamp, but I certainly had this one and made it purple and green!
Finished card size: 5 1/4" square
Total time to complete: 31 minutes

Your hummingbird is spectacular!! I guess I'm doing a little on-line shopping today so that I can try to CASE your card (a nearly impossible task as every touch on your card comes together perfectly!)
