I worked up this little card and gift box for a co-worker of mine. Her twin daughters turn 14 within the week. I came across this fabulous card by Mary Fish and decided to case it! Now my co-worker provided me with a color scheme and the image (peace sign). I traced around one of my circle Nesties (inside and outside) and then drew in the other three lines. I just used a piece of cardboard to make it. I inked it and then glittered it until it looked done!
For the gift box, I used my matchbox die then created a belly band for box with the same papers I used on the card. I punch four flowers out of dp and layered them using a smooshed flower technique that I most recently read about here. Next I die cut some leaves and sponged them a bit darker to finish off my flower. I adhered it with a glue dot and called it good!
Thanks for looking!
