I dislike making sympathy cards, but we always seem to need them at some time or other. My friend lost her 21-year-old son on the 12th of March. My heart just grieves for her and her family. The services will be this coming Wednesday. If you wish to, please say a pray for her, her hubby and family. Thanks so much!!!!
Purples are so hard for me to photograph. The pic turns out nothing like the actual card IRL! IRL, the primas, ribbon and contrasting cs look soooo pretty! The sentiment is Rubba Dub Dub. I just love it. I stamped it with Versamark and heat embossed with Dark Amythest ep. I sponged purple ink around the nestie die cut. I ran the two contrasting purple panels through the CB using the swirl and the dotted swiss ef's. The border is an MS punch. I added the ribbon and primas (white ones are SU!) with the black half pearls.
BTW!!!! The BOW EASY is now my friend! I didn't like it this AM when I was trying to make a bow. But, after much trial and error and a LOT of determination on my part, Mr. Bow Easy and I got along just fine. I can see that this may be the start of a very beautiful relationship!!! LOL! (Now that I figured out what I was doing wrong!!!).
What do you think?

Lesley, this is just gorgeous. It is so sad that we even need these cards, but your heart comes thru on this Sistah. LYMI
